Alberto Oddenino

Is Professor of International Law at the Department of Law of the University of Turin, where he also teaches International Arbitration Law and International Law and New Technologies. He obtained his PhD in International Law from the University of Milan and was a Fellow in the European Commission's TMR (Training and Mobility for Researchers) project.

He has been a Visiting Professor at the Centre for Transnational Legal Studies (Georgetown University - Washington and King's College - London), at the Université Paris Cité, the Université de Carthage and the University of Copenhagen.

Former President of the Master's Degree Course in European Legal Studies, he is coordinator of the Diploma in Law and Technology.

Former Secretary of the World Political Forum, he is Secretary of SIOI Piedmont and Valle d'Aosta, a full member of the International Institute of Humanitarian Law (IIHL), a member of the Italian Society of International Law (SIDI), the Association of Comparative and European Public Law and the European Regional Council.

He is a member of the Advisory Board of the Journal of Law, Market and Innovation and a member of the scientific and editorial committees of the scientific journals Il Diritto del Commercio Internazionale, Global Jurist, Giurisprudenza Arbitrale and DPCE online.

His current areas of interest include International Internet Law, International Trade Law and its relationship with non-economic values, International Arbitration and the relationship between Law, Innovation and Artificial Intelligence.

He has been a member of the Turin Bar Association since 2001.

Since April 2025, he has been a member of the Board of Directors of the CSF Foundation.
